Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Series

In the first part- Differentiating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety Disorders, we will examine Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, and other differential diagnoses by comparing and contrasting them. Part 2, The Art of Exposure and Response Prevention, focuses on learning the gold standard treatment for OCD, which can also be applied to other diagnoses. In part 3, Advanced Neurodivergence: OCD, we investigate the intersection of Autism and ADHD with OCD. Part 4 of the series, Mastering Complex OCD Cases, will cover strategies for when ERP is ineffective, ensuring we can assist all our clients with ERP.
