KD (she/her) is a passionate and experienced therapist with 20 years at KDH Counseling specializing in the treatment of anxiety-related disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Specific Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

She uses evidence based behavioral approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy , Radically Open DBT & Exposure and Response Prevention to help her clients achieve better outcomes through tangible coaching methods that build self esteem without neutralizing triggers. She is BTTI trained through the IOCDF, and has participated in paid consultation to increase her learning.  Furthermore, she also offers trauma processing using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Deep Brain Reorienting for long term solutions with maximum impact.

 The wisdom of other practitioner's experience, collected data, and developed protocols provides the best outcomes for our clients and for the development of our profession.
