Deconstruct the ethical codes: We'll dissect the core ethical principles that guide mental health professionals, examining how they apply specifically to the LGBTQ+ community.
Identify common ethical dilemmas: We'll delve into real-world scenarios, exploring common ethical challenges faced by therapists when working with LGBTQ+ clients, such as issues of confidentiality, informed consent, and cultural competence.
Develop practical strategies: Gain concrete, actionable strategies for navigating ethical complexities, building therapeutic relationships that are affirming and inclusive,
and advocate for the well-being of your LGBTQ+ clients.
