KDH Collective provides continuing education (CE) courses for therapists and other mental health professionals. This policy explains what information we collect through kdhcollective.kdholmeslpc.com and our courses, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this site is, and is not

This website is for professionals registering for CE courses. It is not for clients seeking therapy. Please do not send clinical or health information about yourself or any client through our forms or email.

Information we collect

  • Registration information: your name, email address, phone number, professional credential, license type and state, and employer or practice name if you provide it.
  • Course records: attendance, evaluation responses, and certificate information, which we need to issue CE credit and meet approval requirements from NBCC and ASWB ACE.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: emails, form submissions, and phone or text messages you send us.
  • Website usage data: cookies and similar tools record pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, as described under "Cookies and analytics."

How we use your information

  • To register you, deliver the course, and issue certificates of completion.
  • To keep the attendance and evaluation records that CE approval bodies and licensing boards expect providers to maintain.
  • To send course confirmations, reminders, certificates, and refund or support replies.
  • To send updates about future classes if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our courses, website, and marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run KDH Collective, such as our website and email platform (HubSpot), payment processing, Zoom for live webinars, and our course platform. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • CE approval bodies and licensing boards (for example NBCC or ASWB ACE) if they request attendance or completion records for audit or verification.
  • Others when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our attendees, our team, or the public.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including HubSpot tracking and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how forms and pages work.

Email and text messages

If you opt in, we may email you about courses and updates, and text you about registration, scheduling, or billing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Our courses and website are intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
