THE TIES THAT BIND: UNDERSTANDING NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER AND NARCISSISTIC ABUSE

$120 for 4 CE Hours

Narcissistic Abuse is a "death by a thousand paper cuts". With each cut, you gradually lose your grip on reality, and adopt theirs to stop the bleeding. Then you realize somewhere along the way that you forfeited your sense of self in order to survive.

Leaning into Narcissism

In this video podcast episode, KD Holmes interviews Brynne Angelle, co-creator of The Ties That Bind: Understanding the Narcissistic Personality, the first course in a four-part continuing education series. Although co-presenter Marielle Babb is not present, Brynne offers clinical insight into why a clear understanding of narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is crucial for supporting clients recovering from narcissistic abuse. KD and Brynne unpack the DSM diagnosis, highlight common therapeutic blind spots, and emphasize the need for trauma-informed, relationally attuned care—laying the groundwork for the recovery framework explored throughout the course.
